Modern custom made kitchen – Amstelveen

Kitchens in Amsterdam and in this case in Amstelveen. Back after the summer first things we picked up was photographing our kitchen designs and custom made kitchens. This kitchen is a modern design and is made and installed in Amstelveen. In close cooperation with the client we have made the designs.

The first ideas was to have a base kitchen and kitchen island with dark colors and fronts and quite an open view of the kitchen. We have made here several initial designs and to add more natural color and some body in the kitchen we have designed the nice oak cabinets above the countertop of the kitchen.

Custom made kitchen &  interior from Amsterdam to France

Custom made kitchens and interiors fitted and designed to size. Last spring we have followed our Amsterdam based client to their new domicile in the Languedoc in France. They have bought an old vineyard and asked us to design their bespoke and classic farm kitchen and their cabinetry as well as all the bathroom and inner doors. All kitchens and cabinetry on the pictures are designed and made by MyHouse Amsterdam.

Wardrobes – Walkin Closet – Storage cabinets  - Amsterdam

Luxury wardrobes, walkin closets and fitted cabinetry in Amsterdam houses are increasingly popular. Most houses and appartments that are sold in Amsterdam are without any storage. On the one hand this is logical as some appartments are small and do not have much space. On the other it is totally illogical as good storage really pays off: the house is organized and free of items and actually you gain space. Besides the look of a good and nice wardrobe is luxurious and nice. Custom made design though is an absolute necessity in the often strangely divided appartments.

Modern cabinet

In a nice 20’s apartment in Amsterdam MyHouse has made and designed a beautiful wall unit or modern bookcase. The initial idea for the bookshelves design here was to make an oak veneer wall-unit in darker color. As the modern bookshelve contrasts better with the floor in a color the design is made in white. The backwall of the modern furniture piece is dark blue. The backwall in a darker color gives a nice view to the bookcase and actually brings forward the white designed and divided parts and shelves.

A typically nice paneled kitchen is where the bespoke kitchen ideas and designs originated. Analyzing our kitchen designs here in Amsterdam there is truly a nice balance between totally modern and totally classic design of the bespoke kitchens.
